I prefer red light because it can be seen more clear from great distance, especially in bad weather

Most of led safety flares are orange lights, I have been looking for red light for a long time until I purchased this set. I prefer red light because it can be seen more clear from great distance, especially in bad weather. Same quality as other slimk brand flares, By the way It is a little difficult to change the batteries, I used a small flat screwdriver and slowly applied pressure to one tab until the seal broke. It is must-have for your car emergency kit.

bright and sturdy in my review

I am preparing my car for a trip across country, I didn't want to have flares, these are BRIGHT and have several different flashes.

IT'S A CHRISTMAS GIFT

Fits in a small space , You can them for miles, They don't collect mold like old style road flares. Don't burn your clothes like old road flares. Showed one to a guy in a electric wheelchair , we added a 3foot long pipe with a flat end (metal) set a LED flare on it, Perfect , you could see him coming & going. All in all they are the GREATEST .

I haven't needed them, yet, but have seen a few accidents where they could have used them. Wonderful product at a great value.

I love these flares! I had originally bought the higher priced Power Flares from the manufacturer/distributor at a trade show for $50/pair - which was supposed to be a good discount off of regular price.I thought I would try these out and compare them. they are definitely a bit lower in quality; they are not submersible nor uave as flexible/tough as the high end ones - but at less than $10/each, they are a great value - and better than the other discount ones we tried.In fact, we bought over a…

Good Safety Lights best in my review

Brought two of these for gifts. They are great saftey devices and easy to use on vehicles and for flares on boats. The rechargeable battery may not hold a charge for long periods of time!

Nice lights, appear to be more orange colored than red.

These lights seem to be well made. They came already charged. I’ll have to agree with one other review. They definitely ARE NOT red. They are orange which is fine with me as long as they can be seen at a distance.
