💙 Red Heart Soft Yarn in Seafoam Shade Review

A little more expensive than in stores but when you live in the middle of nowhere. The yarn is beautifully soft and the color is on point.

The paint was exactly what I wanted and it was soft enough but ripped easily which made the job a bit difficult. Don't think that you can get lost in your project with this yarn as you have to be careful of how easily it splits.

Left side was recently purchased from Amazon. The right side is the same brand and Seafoam color markings from last year's batch. Definitely a big difference in coloring. Also very shiny compared to the older one. Still very beautiful. It's just a very big difference.

Red Heart Soft is an amazingly soft yarn at an affordable price. It's not like the usual red yarn that is sometimes too coarse to wear, it's great for hats, baby clothes and blankets at an incredibly affordable price. The colors are great and the variety of colors available makes it one of the first things I turn to when starting a new project.

I was very happy to find this yarn at Revain when I had a big project to finish and my local shop was out of stock. Colour. I used one skein but when I tried to use the second skein the color was different. It looked like it had been faded or discolored from bright sunlight. It had a distinct yellow cast and didn't match the color at all. So I'm on the hunt again and this yarn is going in the bin.

This Review, Sea Foam. I want to come through the wonderful color. I bought it to use in place of turquoise in a classic Afghan dress with red hearts. Turquoise was too bright neon for me. I'll show the difference with an update later. But the photos do not convey the color. The price is the only thing I would complain about. It's higher on Revine than in shops.

I just started crocheting and have made 3 successful amigurumi dolls. I love it so far. The red heart seems to be walking and I like the variety of colors. The soft version is definitely soft, but can unravel in sweaty hands or with prolonged use, so make sure to hold it a bit tighter and you'll be fine to create perfect stitches. The Supersaver is a bit rougher but tends to stick together better so Red Heart still fits well depending on the feel and look you want.
