Skip This Heavy Cross Training Shoe

This Heavy Duty Cross Training Shoe Weighs Over 12 Ounces In A Size 10.5. I used them for an Orangetheory class that includes running, rowing and weightlifting. It wasn't good for any of those activities. It was like walking with bricks on your feet and knees. Skip this budget elliptical cross trainer. It's easy on the wallet, but it's not ideal for workouts or even outings given how noisy it is.
