Very easy to install, no need to strip wires.

Very easy to install, just unplug harness at license plate, plug in. The truck headlights work together with the trailer without stripping and soldering wires. Just as easy to remove

Equipment grounding problem

Worked fine until I had a major grounding problem. Caused all kinds of electrical problems. As soon as I removed it, the problems stopped. The turn signals started flashing, the wipers dimmed the headlights, and my truck wouldn't even start until the brake lights came on. It took 3 months before there was a grounding problem. I'm waiting for an answer from support.

Perfect, very quick installation, buy this before you connect the universal. Worth the price.

Perfect fit for my 97 Ranger. To be honest, the two hardest parts were getting under the truck and controlling my OCD by tying the wires. Enough cable to mount anywhere and enough trailer plugs to mount anywhere. I just used double sided tape and zip ties on the receiver hitch. Took the whole 10 minutes mostly due to my OCD with wires.
