Instructions with button pictures are too small to read. Just write the word down. Problems with cryptic resets. The company contacted me and offered a refund. received return. My rating has been adjusted to a 5 because they initiated a return offer.

Great product. Comes with two sensors, one in my regular freezer and the other in my "freezer". Gives me the peace of mind that I'll be warned before it's too late to store my food. In fact, that's why I bought this - my freezer died and I had no idea until I opened it and was almost knocked out by the smell! Never again. I am well protected :)

I use the product to control the outside temperature, the inside temperature and the temperature in my freezer. The two remote sensors are within 10 meters of the base unit and it has been working very well for about a week. It took me about an hour to figure out how to set up the system because I couldn't understand the translated instructions clearly. I think with well translated instructions it would only take 5 minutes to install.

These thermometers are not intuitive. First, the instructions are also small enough for you to read - grab a big piece of paper. please. According to many other reviews they may not be as accurate as you need them to be if you buy them for your fridge/freezer. Sensor 1 takes a long time to sync. I'm not giving them up, but I bought a couple of standard old-fashioned thermometers to see how accurate they really are. I really wanted them to be as comfortable as they are sold!

Both remote temp sensors have the left battery latch spring too short so electrical contact is spotty at best. I was afraid of stretching them so I made some aluminum foil spacers. After this issue is fixed, the blocks work as they should. I can take care of my garage freezer the same way I take care of my fridge. I wish it had 3 remote controls so I can keep an eye on the freezer in my fridge. I don't need to know the room temperature - it can be used for the 3rd channel. If they could make…

Update: Sensor failed after 2 months. I travel frequently and for long periods of time. When I return home after leaving, I use this device to determine if the temperature in my fridge/freezer has reached a temperature where food safety is a concern. I can't say when or how long this happened, but if the freezer was above freezing, I know it's been there a long time and both parts of the fridge may contain spoiled food. In addition to audible and visual alarms, this thermometer alarm will show you when the batteries aren't in descriptions of cheaper models Marked are. I would rate it higher in a year but in less than a week there is no way of knowing if it will hold up over time. Setting up the first sensor was easy.
