ReliaPrint: Enhanced Diameter Printing Solution Review

Ordered these for use on my Creality CR-10S Pro V2 to fix problems with portal sagging on the X- fix axis when it is closed. The parts looked very good when I received them, but unfortunately it was only after I cut one of the nuts to reveal the bezel on the printer that I realized that the screw pattern on the nut didn't match the screw pattern on the printer. It's not a partial fault, the play nuts seem very good, they thread onto the lead screws very smoothly, but I wouldn't recommend them…

I love that this pair of anti-play nuts come in separate bags within the larger ones, especially as I only need one at the moment. I was impressed by the very tight fit between the two halves. This fit is critical as any gap between the top and bottom contact flanges represents the play this nut will have. Disclaimer: I did not use the socket that came with it. I installed it with a two piece spring loaded anti backlash nut that fits perfectly. Runs smooth and doesn't play at all. I had to shorten mine a bit because the 300mm version wasn't available, but that didn't cause any problems. Fitting into a spring clutch for an M8 threaded rod was a little tricky but I found I could turn around.
