This has never caused me any problems. This product has lasted me almost a year so far and my wife has used it and loves it more than her razors. I will definitely buy again.

The shaver has been used for less than an hour or has not been charged. Only gave the product two stars because the shaver worked great for its short lifespan. The seller, on the other hand, has a one-star minus rating. After returning the faulty item, no refund was made within a month, even after contacting the seller in two weeks (soon). Other customer reviews indicate that this is an issue with this seller. Update 6/30/2020: Revain (not the seller) refunded same day contacted.

WOW this is a terrible razor. I'm used to my "Philips Norelco Multigroom All-in-One Trimmer Series" - tried this thing out when I lost my Norelco charging cable. BUG - Compared to her, this thing is like a child's toy. Of course it's half the price, but I understand why - it's complete rubbish. Creating products like this will destroy your brand - at least in my opinion.
