This is an "almost" exact match for the 2005 Acura TSX. This one has a bar that the OEM didn't have and it fit well, but with a little elbow grease I got it seated properly. 100% satisfied. Perfect fit. Here is the process: 1) Remove the bumper; Search on YouTube, even mechanics can do it. The partner really helps. 2) Remove the headlight assembly by removing five 10mm screws. Get out right away. 3) Remove the old ballast that is attached to the underside of the headlight assembly and secured with three screws. 4) Install the new ballast with the three screws. 5) Replace headlight unit 6) Replace bumper Done! I bought 4 needed parts from Revain and spent $175! This took two hours (we're total amateurs) and a homemade video we found on You Tube as a guide.
