I've been looking for a jug that can be cleaned in the dishwasher. It even says there is no dishwasher. Anyway, I got this for my friend. And guess what, there's a dishwasher mark without the crossed-out line. So I put it in the dishwasher and it works. I set it as a normal cycle. One thing, you have to hold the lid around the lid and not close the mouthpiece.

I purchased this product on July 2nd. It is difficult to close the lid tightly so that it does not leak. After a few weeks the clip holding the cap started falling off. I could reattach the clip. It finally came loose last Friday and couldn't be reattached. I used it for work 5 days a week. It really kept the water cold all day

I bought this water pitcher for my daughter to use at soccer games. That's great! It has a handle for easy portability, handles/structure on the sides to hold it while drinking, and a lid on top to keep out pests or debris. It also holds a lot of liquid and lasts all day on tournament days. Definitely worth the investment and my daughter loves it! We bought the blue color and it really is a great vibrant color!

Got it because my 32oz didn't make it at work. CONS: - It's not really meant for drinking as the vent is in the mouthpiece. So either drink or sip. The jug is generally well insulated, but the lid is very thin, creating a lot of condensation on the top of the jug. ADVANTAGES: Plenty of storage space for water. Poor design. The lock will be removed immediately upon arrival. The button does not work, the lid opens by itself and does not latch properly. The lid isn't insulated so I don't know how they make the "12 hour cold" claim. There's no indication of what plastic is used, although it claims to be BPA-free. Manufactured in India where there is a huge recycling industry so plastics of various types can be recycled. Overall very disappointed.
