They are amazing I'm so glad I upgraded look at the difference in brightness. It definitely helps to light up more than my OEMs. I took a photo after replacing one of them to get a real idea of how much brighter they are. The photo shows the new one on the left and the old one on the right. So lighter let's see how long they last.

I have tried Philips lamps before and was very disappointed. I read other reviews of this bulb and decided to use it in my reverse lights and damn I'm glad I did. These bulbs fully illuminate the road behind my car and eliminate shadows as shown in my photos. I'm tempted to try them in other positions on my car. Don't waste your time with smaller lightbulbs and try these out.

Just installed them in my suburb. They are brighter than the IJDM Toy LEDs which keep flickering and croaking at me. These things are the best I've found so far. I will let you know if I have any lamp life issues. Also, they were polarity specific. Be sure to try both directions when installing before you think you have a dead bulb. Likewise. I installed them as daytime running lights, not as reversing lights. They fit most 3157 and 4157 lamp holders.

I installed these on my 1997 Chevy C1500 and they fit and work great. The lamps are secure in their sockets and function normally. Be sure to clean the connectors and use dielectric grease to protect the connection from moisture. LED lamps have greatly improved this situation.

Definitely brighter! A poor socket seat caused the bulb to flicker when the tailgate was closed. Bending the contact lugs in the lamp socket solved the problem for the time being. UPDATE: Within the first 24 hours one of the four indicators went down and as soon as I updated the review the company contacted me before I had a chance to contact them and wanted to solve the problem! Expectations weren't very high but after reading the reviews and for the price I couldn't help but try it. Installed in 5 minutes, my truck rocks backwards and I feel like I'm driving forward with the headlights on. These lights are amazing. I couldn't be happier. First I put 1 star because only one light came on. After I submitted my review, this seller contacted me and did everything they could to take care of me. Really wish they would work as they were so bright. One of the two flickered and went out intermittently. I checked that it was installed correctly (checked polarity and spread the pins apart a bit to make good electrical contact). I recently converted all of my interior lighting to LEDs and since they are so much brighter I have decided to replace some of my exterior lights with LEDs as well. Even with the best Sylvania headlights, my car's headlights don't seem to be very bright, which makes turning a little difficult to see.
