Very useful program with excellent customer service

It's easy accessability of this software makes it very practical for my architectural firm at work! I have no real complaints about revitcity as an organization itself; however, their support services could be more robust in terms of resolution time when help-desk staff need assistance right away without having to wait several days. The benefits that we see include efficiency throughout our office regarding creating project files as well as allowing us to build models faster than traditional…
