This is my second purchase of this item. The first set of hearing aids worked just fine until they got wet at which time, they ceased to function. Therefore, I purchased a second set. Shortly after starting to use the second set, one of them abruptly quit working. The indications that it is charged works but when turning it on, NOTHING happens. I replaced a failed set from a different supplier who charged me around 40% more for the apparently identical product. The old ones failed over time, about two years, possibly due to moisture. I will take better care of these so will hopefully get longer life out of them

Unfortunately, the hearing aids did not work for me. Perhaps my hearing loss is too great for this product, but I had to turn the volume up to hear better, but they started squealing at this volume. They also didn't sit well on my ears and would fall off. I am returning them for a refund. My refund request was accepted and it was an easy process.

Don’t buy these. They don’t work, especially if you’re a senior. Constant buzzing poor sound amplification easily turned down just by touching your hair. A complete waste of money.

Bought this for my mother-in-law who has a much more expensive hearing aid that is do small she misplaced it all the time. And she has issues with putting in the battery and now it is no longer working. These gave her some hearing when worn but she indicated the sound is tinny so it takes some getting used to. She has had them only a few days so will wait and see if she can adjust to the difference

Bought this for my elderly father who had nothing but trouble with far more expensive hearing aids. really pleased with both the value and performance.
