Although expensive, non-stick film is hard to find in grocery stores. I use a lot of foil when baking and frying and 18" foil is very convenient. I seem to use more foil when using 12" nonstick on the skillet and large baking sheets.

It really works. I don't even have to wash the baking sheet anymore because the foil is so strong that nothing leaks through. And even the fish doesn't stick to the foil. This 18" wide foil has disappeared from supermarket shelves (only small size available), but Revain still has it. Wide foil is useful because it covers the entire pan.

We have been using this grill foil for over a year and have been very satisfied. We once bought four rolls of grill wrap from a local store when we couldn't find the Reynolds brand at the local store. Big mistake! There is no non-stick side, it didn't seem all that strong and was difficult to clean after frying. We now use foil to store cold food and will always buy Reynolds branded products in the future.
