The instructions that came with the charger are poorly written and inaccurate. There is no contact information on the box or box. The charger works and appears to be working properly.

Don't let the size of this charger fool you, it really is powerful. When this was delivered I wasn't sure about the size or if it would even work. I was completely wrong. The charger is quite easy to use, the manual that comes with it gives general information about how it works and its features but doesn't go into all of its features how to use how to switch modes.
