As many other reviewers have pointed out, the formula isn't what I'm used to. When I bought this eye remover from the store or other sites, the original product had no odor, this one has a slight chemical/alcohol odor. I have very sensitive eyes, the original product was the only pharmacy brand I liked because it was very gentle, the new product stings my eyes. I have very sensitive eyes and this is the only eye makeup remover I will buy for the rest of my life. I'm 33 years old and have been using it since I was 18. I have tried many other types and nothing compares to this one. Other types I've tried leave marks on my face or irritate my eyes, but this one never does and always removes eye makeup, even waterproof.

I bought this product because the product I like to use to take off my waterproof mascara and eyeliner was no longer available.... remember you don't get much as the bottle compares to others is tiny... I wouldn't recommend this to anyone!

This eye makeup remover does not work even though it is advertised to remove waterproof makeup. I used it according to the instructions but it just smudges makeup like water, which of course works terribly. Also, my eyes hurt after using it because I had to rub quite hard. I'm sending it back today. What a waste of money!
