Multiple reviews have said that these skirts "fit true to size" and I agree IF you go 8-10, 12-14 etc. Going by size is very wrong. Due to the measurements I needed XL, but the medium size fit me perfectly as I usually wear a size 8. Also, several reviews said that these parodies don't fit women with round shapes/hips very well, but those with those who has both, I disagree. It just suits me. I love this skirt and can't wait to wear it next week when I go on vacation!

I love these skirts and have both lengths but I think this is an inherent design flaw. Velcro on left thigh (facing out) are hooks. Velcro on the inside of the last flap is a loop. The problem is, if you're not quite the size they made for the Velcro, the hooks will snag the inside edge of your tank top or shirt. Because of this, I ruin several expensive swimsuits.
