It's a valuable tool, but it's overpriced and customer service doesn't respond to overload problems. Weighed less than 300 pounds on mine and experienced a flex in the telescoping square tube, causing severe limitation when attempting to expand or collapse it. Now every time I need to expand it I have to furiously rip out the telescopic part and force the thing back into a smaller configuration. I'm on my third R6RT now. I use it to transport a full kit including 4-5 drums, cymbals, gear etc and can do it in one neatly packaged trip.
