Type of review

Slight imperfections in the mirror image aesthetic between the pair. But not bad enough to return. And not so bad that it's embarrassing.

Pros
  • Great
Cons
  • Lack of cushioning and rigid sole. Put it on, get up, say "Oh no!" removed and sent back. Not for my feet. I'm sorry

Light and comfortable shoes

Rockport shoes have always impressed me and never disappointed. They arrived quickly and fit perfectly. Once you put them on you won't want to take them off because they are so light and comfortable. I usually plan to walk around the house for a few hours to see how my shoes fit while I'm out. With them I walked up and down the first floor, up and down the stairs - then I just went outside and walked a mile! I liked them so much that I ordered a "green" pair the next day. Pros
  • Engineered with durable materials for long-lasting performance
Cons
  • Poor quality control, maybe defective shoes

3rd time was a spell. thumbs up

This shoe runs small. I wear a size 9 but it was very tight. Then I tried 9.5 watts and it was too big. Third time was charming, 9W was perfect. The lacing is difficult to tighten with this type of eyelet, but it can be done by looping the laces around the toes and turning them inward. Very comfortable shoes for work and great for walking. I welcome that, but changes should be made to the eyelets to make tightening and tying the laces easier. It won't be tightened if you just pull them like you

Pros
  • So they were comfortable
Cons
  • Bought in October and the fingers are already separated from the sole. The seller is not responsible for the warranty.

Difficult to tighten shoelaces

The things that guide the laces are just poor design. I like similar things that you often see in construction boots. They make it easier to tie shoelaces. The "appearance" of these things in the photos of these shoes looked like they were similar. Although the top of these guides is rounded, the edges of the holes are square. The edges prevent the laces from going through the holes. The result of the design is that you simply cannot tighten the laces enough to give the shoe a secure fit. And…
