They are the perfect everyday shoe for wide feet, plus they have great stability and structural integrity. The quality of the material is good. I would buy them again in dark tobacco or dark grey.

These shoes look like they have been worn before, they are toenail shaped and very wide, especially since I wanted to cut them with the same wide laces. upset. I returned them the same day they arrived. What a waste of time for everyone, they should have more heat control

As for the shoes, they are very well constructed, sturdy but for me they are too stiff and a bit heavy. I bought these looking for more support and they give, but to work in them all day I had to opt for more running shoes. I imagine they are very good for what they are designed for, being awake in nature. Maybe my next vacation is in Moab, Utah.

So it must be hiking shoes. Yes it is supportive and has a good outsole and seems to be wearing down well after repeated mile walks. However, this shoe is very stiff on my feet. There doesn't seem to be much padding. I changed the insoles, it helped, but it's still like walking on concrete. Also, these shoes are very heavy. You know you have a pair of shoes when you put them on. Nice style and appears to be well made.

I've been wearing size 13W Rockport shoes for almost 20 years, both for business and leisure. These shoes fit, but not as well as any other Rockports I've had. Sometimes I feel like I can step out of these shoes. For example, if I walked through the mud, they would peel off (haven't tried it yet, it just seems).

The heel insole is very thick and makes the shoe walk as if the heel is 2 inches high. Very uncomfortable to walk in shoes. The shoe's lace-up closure ensures that you can adjust the fit to your liking, providing added comfort and support.

I'm a tall guy, 6'4" and 280# so I bought these to replace my NB hiking shoes. I bought them to go out to the gym every night and they are so comfortable that I wear them sometimes wear all day. They look good, I've even worn them to church a couple of times. I get compliments a lot. Would recommend.

Rockport never fails. These shoes are comfortable and fit great. I put them on right out of the box and walked the dog. I highly recommend them.

Sometimes it seems that the laces on the shoes don't hold up, but that can be user error. Otherwise I would buy again. They were a present for my father.

I felt like I was wearing high heels. I felt like I was on tiptoe. Also thought it would grip better as a trail shoe in wet conditions but didn't think it held up well.

These shoes look great but like others have said. they have high heels. It felt like my heel was 1/2 inch above my toes. So poor design leads to many returns and a loss of money for Rockport. I do not recommend this shoe!

I wasn't sure I'd like them at first, but they wear out pretty quickly once you're ready to take them for a long walk. They adhere perfectly to surfaces such as concrete and marble. I haven't tested the waterproofing but the outsole seems well made and the suede and canvas material on the upper feels well stitched. No rough edges and nothing frayed. The tongue is a bit shorter than I would like and the insole is a bit stiff. Aside from these quibbles, I have no complaints.

I've had several Rockports and this is by far the most uncomfortable pair I've owned. I've worn a size 12M for decades, but this shoe is way too loose. Bought some insoles to try and fix. My work boots feel better than these shoes although they appear to be well made and moisture resistant. I'll stick with Rockport hikers, but no more tourists.
