Bought for our bathroom and everything is going well so far. My only issue is the screws you use to attach the leg pieces. They're on the same side of both parts, so they end up on the outside on the left and inside on the right. No problem, just contradictory.

Assembly was fairly easy except the rods (once assembled) have no forward or reverse markings. After I assembled everything, one side was back to front. Some shelves also had minor scratches and chips, overall solid and very decent

This item arrived in perfect condition, well packaged with clear instructions and all parts. I assembled this shelf myself in about 40 minutes by taking off a side I had backwards, flipping and reattaching. It is compact yet extremely functional and visually appealing. Excellent thing!

Unfortunately I am going back as not being able to assemble this item felt like too much hassle. The screws suck and lose their grip with the Allen key. The Allen key was bare so I had to buy another Allen key. Then the screws reach the point and go no further. I consider myself a furniture assembly expert, but I literally couldn't.

Overall it looks like a sturdy bookshelf. However, I've never had so much trouble creating one of these. My top shelf, the nail didn't fit so I used a drill but the nail wouldn't come off. and now everything is very one-sided. I can't unscrew the nail so I can't take it apart and send it back. since I can't unscrew it, everything is one-sided, I would like to send it back.

This product may look good but the assembly is terrible. I have never experienced such a frustrating and exhausting meeting in my life. The equipment for screwing holes is terrible. The key thing wears out after a few uses of the screw. It doesn't even come with a replacement. Whoever designed this expects the customer to assemble this ladder shelf out of a small piece of metal that isn't strong. I'm not the type to write bad reviews but this was incredibly frustrating and not worth the fight.

The shelf itself is a beautiful thing. The wood and metal shelves are all nice and sturdy, but the screws attaching the shelves to the shelf were quite fiddly and unfortunately I couldn't get them all the way in (the Allen key that came in the package started to peel off). ) so that the shelf itself tilts a bit. A word of caution: front and back can easily be confused by accident. Use a square (or even the corner of a piece of paper) to see which side is 90 degrees up. The 90 degree angle goes to the wall. I had one side turned upside down, I had to disassemble and fix it. All my fault. The screws require a hex key (included) which is much better than a Phillips.
