    Great antenna for JL Wrangler

    Perfect for my 2020 JL Rubicon. The antenna I received had an external thread to screw into the antenna mount socket. The Jeep looks very good. You don't need any tools to install it, just finger tighten the new antenna and you're done with secure screw locking.

    Does not work with Wrangler JL 2018+

    View Photo This product is not designed for Wrangler JL mode. The antennae are male and the antennae are female. It was supposed to come with a threaded adapter but all I got were cards asking me to check them out. I've tried calling customer service multiple times with no response. Very disappointed.

    Corrected my mistakes

    Today I received my package. Sealed package with only one card asking if I'm happy with their product. Not very happy with an expensive airbag. Update: After several times of no reply from the company, I received a second package, this time with an antenna, and it is very high quality and beautiful. Happy with the antenna. Knocked down a start due to an error on the first try, but now highly recommend it

    Great view compared to stock antenna!

    This antenna did everything I needed. Get rid of that ugly, overlong stick antenna! I live north of Boston and regular radio reception has definitely gone down, but I still gave it 5 stars because it was expected and written in the description! I use satellite radio and Apple Music with my phone, so I never use the radio. If you use a regular radio, this may not be for you. The additional security provided by the anti-theft material is also cool. If necessary I will buy more!

    Super Easy Installation

    As mentioned before, the installation was easy. Simply unscrew the old antennas and screw on the new ones. Ronin antennas are designed so that the male end of the antennas already have screw lock on them. Once you've screwed it in and positioned it so the logo is visible where you want it, the thread-lock makes it harder for potential antenna thieves to remove. I was fed up with the long chrome factory antennas and was ready to upgrade to a smaller, more flexible one. This one was attractively…

    Great looking antenna but beware of the loss of signal quality.

    First of all, it's tiny! The build quality seems to be very good. The fixative on the one they sent me was yellow compared to the red Loctite pictured, I don't know what it is or how strong it will be. I installed it on my JKU 2018 and it was pretty easy. The fit was great. The reason I deducted a star was due to significant signal loss, particularly on the FM band, despite the packaging saying that a loss in signal quality was to be expected.     Inconvenient mounting method

    First off, this antenna looks great. I like short antennas and my jeep doesn't wobble with the stock antenna which is a plus. However, there is a major design flaw with the installation. The stock Jeep Wrangler antenna has two notches in the base that allow you to insert and rotate a wrench without damaging the antenna, even after various installs and removes. However, with the Ronin antenna there is no real way to tighten all the threads as it is smooth and cannot snag. I tried it with a vise,
