Review on 🚙 Ronin Factory - Short Antenna for Jeep Wrangler & Gladiator - Anti-Theft Design, No Adapters Needed by Alexander Scharon

First off, this antenna looks great. I like short antennas and my jeep doesn't wobble with the stock antenna which is a plus. However, there is a major design flaw with the installation. The stock Jeep Wrangler antenna has two notches in the base that allow you to insert and rotate a wrench without damaging the antenna, even after various installs and removes. However, with the Ronin antenna there is no real way to tighten all the threads as it is smooth and cannot snag. I tried it with a vise, Knippex pliers and by hand. Vain. Although the new antenna is attached, there's no real way to install it without ruining the finish. For that 2 stars. I haven't really used it for AM/FM radio as I don't listen to it so I can comment on its functionality. Just an accident. Would NOT buy again.
