Love, love. love love love! It works exactly as promised. It's heavy and well built. He squeezes spinach like a champion. It gets through the dishwasher with no sign of rust. The only exceptionally small issue is that the handles are "unlined" which means they aren't as comfortable to hold. Of course, you only do that when you wash it in the dishwasher, so no deduction of 5 stars.

I was so ready for this device. I was disappointed when the first one came in and the red lever that was leaning on the pan for stability was broken. I returned it and ordered a new one. It was the same with the second. I tried to contact the company but to no avail so I returned the second one and found it was made by a different company. I can't say anything about the ease of care as I've never used either.

Can't rate Rorence because I didn't get it. In a Rorens box! but what was inside was not the same. It was poorly made - the hinges were loose and rattled, there was no inner cup to hold the disc so it just pulled out and stuck to the potatoes. There were no comfortable silicone grips on the handles, the handles were uncomfortable to hold, and there was no silicone-coated ring on the other end to even out the pressure on the pot without scratching the pan. The tip was broken on arrival but the company gave it a 1 on replacement. Unfortunately, when I wanted to prepare hard-boiled eggs for egg salad, it didn't work at all. This works better than the $100 food grinder I bought from William Sonoma. I steamed my potatoes cut into 1.5 x 1.5 inch chunks. Keep in mind that you will need some force to push the potatoes through when you have them this size. It gets tiring when you have a lot of them, a masher might be the best choice if you have a lot of mouths to feed. This is one of the best potato cutters. I love that this model has an "internal liner cup" that keeps the Ricer discs securely in place at the bottom of the Ricer at all times. It probably doesn't have the biggest potato bin, but it's big enough and easy to load. I already have a Food Mill style Ricer model which isn't bad but doesn't easily clean thoroughly and is large and takes up a lot of cabinet space.
