Lots of cheap cosmetics

Everything you need in one convenient package. Bought this set for my daughter. She is in awe of all colors and thankfully they go well with her fair skin. Makeup works and is what you would expect from cheap cosmetics. It has less pigment than some of the more expensive brands. Daughter loves that it is very shiny. Set #2: A fun set of inexpensive cosmetics. Best for lighter skin tones.

This is a review of Kit #2. My niece is just starting to do makeup and is experimenting with mine. I saw this set and thought you (and I) would be interested in trying out the shades and products from the set. It's clearly not high-end makeup, but it's great for experimenting and getting started. This set contains foundation and concealer in a light to medium shade. If you have a deeper skin tone than light to light medium, they are too light for you. Cheap cosmetics.

It's not a terrible makeup starter kit, but it's not the best either. The individual parts are pretty cheap overall, and the sheer amount of material included makes it intimidating, especially for beginners. And yet it is definitely aimed at laypeople. Quality is mostly average, but then again, there's a lot here, and some are better than others. Our daughter just turned 13 and wanted to try some makeup. I didn't want to give her my expensive groceries and needed to get her anything else she needed so I saw this set and ordered it.
