problems from the start.

I bought this over a year ago. Shortly after I installed it, my computer didn't restart properly. My PCIE video cards could not play video. It took a long time to solve the problem and I almost never turned off my computer. If I did that it would take more than 3 tries before it starts properly. I finally narrowed it down to a problem with the PCIE slot. I removed various components until I came to this card. After I removed it, the computer started up and showed the video every time. Doesn't work with Windows Server 2016, support is terrible

I installed this product on a brand new Lenovo Thinkstation 720 which is a premium quality machine with the latest technology. I have Windows Server 2016 (with all updates and patches installed), the latest server OS from Microsoft. Again, this is the top of the line. This product claims to support Windows. I reported the bug to support and they responded with complete nonsense. They told me that "this notice often comes up when you installed a wireless utility and not just a driver using a…

THE ABSOLUTE BAST OF THE WLAN CARD!

This WiFi card unleashes the power of your internet. Experience with almost 100% reliability. With the Rosewill RNX-AC1900PCE WiFi Card, my internet NEVER goes out and maintains a consistent download and upload speed! On Steam, I'm able to maintain a consistent download speed of 20+ megabytes per second with Comcast (Xfinity), a minimum of around 19 Mbps and a maximum of 24 Mbps. Playing games on Steam, watching YouTube videos, and other basic web browsing tasks load and run with literally NO…

Pros
  • Brilliantly made
Cons
  • A little torn

- I got this because it's red and my motherboard is red with red lights. I'm crying. - It's the heatsink is efficient and I've been using this adapter since August 2015 with little to no problems -> NVME migration software), I'm having network connectivity issues. Windows drivers and Rosewill drivers will make you tear your hair out. Don't worry, just download the TP-Link Archer T9E driver. The lead reviewer here, Keith V, is right: it fixed all my problems, and now I never turn off Wi-Fi…

Nice little card in Computers & Accessories

Although I wish it was a little cheaper it's a good card that works seamlessly with my new Asus 3200 router. I like the good heatsink - nice touch. It fits seamlessly into my relatively cramped computer case. Just make sure you go to the Rosewell website and update the firmware after installation and you're good to go.

Pros
  • Sturdy build
Cons
  • Long delivery time

If you are using Windows, stop searching, just install Archer T9E

Great AC1900 PCI-E Wireless Adapter drivers, but of course Rosewill has its own driver update issues. As other reviewers have noted, the TP-Link Archer T9E drivers work great for Windows 10. If you have Windows 10, download them right away for this adapter and save yourself the hassle. (limited due to the fact that it goes through the coaxial cable). Good efficiency as ethernet only pulls 750-800.

Pros
  • Feel good
Cons

Troubleshooting needed

As other reviewers have said here, just install the Archer T9E drivers as if they owned the device you bought. My Experience: 1. Installed Card in PCI-E 1 Slot.2. I went into device manager and saw that it wasn't in the list.3. Headache.4. Archer T9E.5 driver installed. The Archer device appeared in Device Manager without restarting the computer.6. Connected to my network with no problems.

Pros
  • Amazing
Cons
  • Almost never

Some need an antenna upgrade. I bought this for a 2008 12 year old Mac Pro 3.1 which I have updated to be compatible with the latest Mac OS (Catalina). It natively outperformed the built-in 802.11n chip, but suffered from occasional network dropouts and inconsistent speeds. The drop was a deal breaker and I was about to repack and send it back until I borrowed an external (4x) antenna array from my ASUS PCE-AC88 card that I use on my Windows computer. This time, it has entered the network with…
