My husband used it for the first time yesterday. The extensions broke and are now stuck too deep into the dryer vent to remove. Bought another set from Lowe and he worked over 3 hours to remove the broken parts. I suspect we'll need to call a professional to remove the extensions. My time to return has expired. It hurts when you're retired and living on a steady income.

It worked great on first use until I was almost done. One of the metal links came loose from the plastic wire. This is the ONLY thing you don't want when it's 12ft in a 24ft dryer. I got all the parts and had to send them back. If it was durable it would be a great product. I can't risk this happening again so I will choose another product.
