Belts are like shoes in my opinion, every company has their own size. Fits more like Big. I've compared this Rothco belt to the Condor belt I wear and it doesn't even come close to the size I was looking for. return for refund.

The belt is made of a robust, hard-wearing material, so tough that it is very difficult to thread it through the buckle. Also pay attention to the size of the XL belt, it is quite short. This surprised me as I usually order plus size pants so XL definitely had to be big enough. It's probably a good price if you're the right size as I'm sure the extra material will help with the buckle issue as well.

It's not 47 inches. I have a solid 38 inch waist and this doesn't reach down to my waist let alone secure it. There is nothing XL here. Rothko Korean junk.
