The carbide has broken off! best bits for edging and grooving

I bought this set in April 2020 after seeing it on video . I used it for the first time this week (December 2020). I tried to do away with the hickory layout. I was about halfway through completing the project when it broke the cutter. I made multiple passes and a very slow feed rate. I definitely didn't push anything as I was worried about ruining the project, not the cutter falling apart. I was very lucky that none of the hard metal pieces hit me. I don't know how to contact the manufacturer…
