Master Control: Royal Universal Remote for Satellite Devices Review

This product was bought for a family member who has vision problems. Programming was easy and the buttons are very large. It's also very hard to go wrong.

It was great while it lasted. Bought for my bedroom. Tired of losing the small remote control. Unfortunately it was only a few days before my 9 year old daughter jumped on my bed and broke it in two with her knee. So I suggest leaving it on the next table.

I already had one of these so looked online for the same model. I'm so glad everything is exactly how I remember it. I love how easy it is to connect to the TV and it's almost impossible to lose something this huge, even in a sea of blankets. Also, it's not at all difficult to find the buttons in the dark. 20/10

This item is fine. I tried to pair with my cable but it didn't work. So I bought this item for no reason. Thought it might help my dad not to lose the remote so easily but since I can't connect it to the Xfinity Tennessee cable. There was no code for Xfinity, just Cable Vision, which was once a name but isn't anymore.

I rarely write a bad review, but it's a waste of money. Can't program, I think it's buggy because the code led came on but went out before you could program and won't light up again. The return is not worth the hassle. My husband has very poor eyesight so I was hoping this would help.

I still have a regular (old) TV and the cable remote can't be programmed into my TV so I use it to program the TV's clock and control the volume. I always know where she is, you can't lose that remote control. I have one I bought a while ago (still works) and I bought another one for my second TV. It stays on the armrest of the chair with the remote control on top. I don't think you can program it for a cable box like the new universal remotes. For me, a separate TV remote works best.
