A good product in the kitchen and dining room

Great product to pour or shake. I would change the design to make it a little smaller. Solid and efficient and practical item in the kitchen

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Not sure what happened but went to fill mine in.

I don't know what happened, but I went to fill my salt shaker and everything in it was rusty. It's been 5 months since we started this.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Minor problems

Leaks and Rust - Kitchen Utensils and Appliances

Don't Buy This. Salt oozes out and corrodes, causing the lid to stick when closed. I used it once but can't open it to refill it. The 30 day window has expired so I cannot return it.

Pros
  • Large Selection
Cons
  • Expensive

Lid won't close

Cool idea. Disgusting performance. Others say the lid is stuck/too tight. What we bought was the opposite. The lid didn't stay on. Even in the "closed" position it would fall off with minimal pressure.

Pros
  • There's something in there
Cons
  • Something to add

Salt leaks out on the sides

I used fine sea salt in this shaker and it seeped between the top and bottom every time I turned it down. And not just a little salt, but a lot of salt. The top doesn't fit tightly to the bottom. This is a simple joint that only rotates half an inch. It doesn't screw down like typical shakers. Also, it was a lot bigger than I imagined, but I had to look at the dimensions.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Not everything fits
