Love the size and ventilation at the top. I use them to share a large pot of food so I can eat all week and freeze what I don't eat right away.

Does what you think it does and does it well. Like a sunroof vent. Keeps the microwave clean. Not that I have to worry about that, but my wife seems to think it's cool if the food just explodes instead of being removed. which is nice.

I've ordered Rubbermaid before so I looked at these bins when I needed them. They arrived quickly. they are heavy Good size. They snap into place so they won't fall out of your hands when stacked or spilled in the fridge. They're used all the time, so they've been trained here and they're holding up. I am very happy with it.

I love these containers and use them every day. None of the large sets have enough of this size so I decided to buy a few more separately. Great for lunch. I bring loads of soup and I don't have a leak problem. I don't use ventilation. I prefer to just pop the lid off when cooking in the microwave. I don't want to go through the hassle of cleaning the vent.

Terrible product. Rubbermaid, you gotta stick with what works. The ventilation on the new lids worked the first time. Only the first time. After that, they could no longer be closed. Your customers don't like you. There was no choice so I bought two of these but if the lids don't go back to the original I will try to buy from Rubbermaid's competitors.

Cannot be used in microwave ovens. I usually heat food in the microwave on medium to medium power. When I first microwaved one of these bowls, the food melted the plastic in several places in the bowl. I will never buy them again and I assure you that the plastic will melt the first time you use the bowl when you microwave food in it.

Cover with small popup? You are leaking. they don't flow well. The new covers are NOT an improvement. and there will be a lot of confusion when the content is liquid and almost full. Not overstuffed, just filled to the bottom of the rib that wraps around the container from the outside. And even if they aren't that full, they will leak when you move them, pick them up, etc. Nonsense!

I think they're excellent apart from the ridiculously difficult labels to scratch off before putting them in the dishwasher. I'm drinking two of these right now. However they are great, they keep the food good; I like the vented top - it makes sense if you need to reheat something in the microwave because the lid won't come off. And they keep food fresh for a long time.
