I haven't had a chance to use this because I didn't realize it didn't have a handle. I earn my living with cleaning and I often buy it. Every time everything is exactly as in the photo. This time I ordered green, this is not what I received. Frame does not fit hygen extension as intended! The plastic base is too small, it's grey, not black like the photo, and doesn't even fit over the end of the pole.
