It fell apart and broke the first time I used it in my restaurant! It's almost impossible to contact the rubber maid to get him back. Tried 3 times, still waiting for an answer

After 3 uses the bottom loop holding the sewing foot popped out. What a cheap product. It's amazing that Rubber Maid sells this stuff. I'm sending it back.

Very, very, very, very, very small. Delicate and small. I can't even bin half of Revane's mop offerings. And Revane says it's non-refundable! I've never used it, that's crap and can't go back! did I say terrible?

Pressing mechanism too small for standard size mops. The trigger springs are not strong enough to provide the full trigger force. Possibly not enough power. It feels like it's about to break if you wring out a commercial-size mop. Perhaps this is normal for a regular size mop, but not for a commercial size mop. Non commercial product. The plastic is not thick enough. Definitely not strong enough to be called "commercial".

Bought this for my work place which is fast food. Bought this style to try as it was an all in one but was let down by the lack of quality in the wringing details. The bucket itself is great. You can wring the squeegee only slightly, otherwise the wringing part will loosen and push the parts out. Then it is very difficult and uncomfortable to return it to its place.
