Easy to install. Good quality metal. The instructions are pretty simple and clear. Update: Fitted on Saturday, rode a bit on Monday and Tuesday, grille removed to fit LED headlights and one of the screws was half out. These screws have been tightened. My husband and I checked each other to make sure they were tight. I'll check again in a few days. If the screw is loose, they will return.

Ordered these for my JLU after researching different shields for my headlights. Installation was a breeze, just watch the video. I reused the factory screws as they were the same length as supplied. Do not over-tighten the screws because although the protective cover is metal, the headlight assembly to which it attaches is plastic. The end result looks good and the guards are strong enough to offer decent protection.

Easy installation as others have said: 1) Fits on the outer ring of the plastic headlight lens. It CAN damage the factory part, or maybe not, time will tell? 2) It's not in the center of the headlight. It's hard to stop looking at it. Maybe with time I'll get over it. 3) It will be very difficult to clean the lens from insects. 4) Looks good but doesn't really protect the lens from rocks. I give 3 stars because I really don't. Easy to install and looks great. It's aluminum (not steel) with a solid black finish. Has a slightly rough texture. Again, this looks great. It's well designed. I was worried it would come in direct contact with the headlight lens causing dirt to collect, but it doesn't. As you can see from the photos, there is an air gap between the protective cover and the lens (probably polycarbonate). I am not for sale in terms of usefulness.
