Adds just enough softness and cushiness and holds the rug in place well. I love it. The 8x10 is just slightly larger than our 8x10 rug but I was able to trim the edges no problem.

This is perfect for my application as I did not need the non-slip feature since my rug has furniture on it preventing any sliding on the wood floor. I was looking for substantial cushion and 1/2 thick pad is notably more cushioned and comfortable to play with kids and dogs on than the 1/4 inch we already had.

I have learned over the years that you do not buy the rug pads they sell on websites that sell rugs! You go to Walmart and pay the 3rd of the price and get the same thing! I've ordered several of these over the years and they are perfect!

Works well. Great product. Had to trim it to fit our dimensions, but it wasn't too hard. Shipping was delayed, but other than that great experience.

Highly recommend.just wish they had directions stating which side the textured surface went on.against the floor or the carpet.

Make a big difference on normal rugs! We don’t have any carpet on the main level it’s all hardwood and tile but this makes our large area rug feel like high end carpet/pad. Well worth the money

If you are thickness and comfort this pad definitely improved an area of the house we are renting. ( I'm noting that I can feel cold air from the floors because they are poorly instalation is poor )My daughter is 6 months old and recently started crawling and for how old our floors are they are really hard. I swore when I read about this provider that they said order the pad for the size rug you are ordering because we will send you the pad a couple inches less on all sides - so I paid more and I got the thicker pad which the 1/2 is great for comfort. But it didn't come sized less than the rug size and now i have to cut the pad on both edges. Maybe I got this wrong as I was looking at a lot of rug pad otions and maybe too late at night - just a bit annoyed to pay a good deal and have to do so much

The rug pad was as described, even down to them scooting over the hardwoods. Putting heavy furniture over them to keep in place.

I purchased 4 rug pads - two 10x13, one 8x5 and one 4x6. AMAZING difference having these pads under the rugs!One of the rugs is super plush - 3/4” pile - and this makes it even more plush! Soft yet sturdy. Changed how I am using the room because the carpet is so soft. Was going to be a more formal area because no one wants to sit on a hard floor but now it's a family room! I'm okay with that. It does have an extra inch on two edges of my carpet which ensured that it was large enough. I just cut those edges off with scissors.

Got this pad to put under our rug for our toddler in our living room. We have hardwood floors and wanted a little cushioning for our toddler when he started crawling. This pad was perfect. Just enough padding, and wasn't too thick making the transition from the hardwood to the rug noticeable

When this arrived I was ready to send it back because it was packaged in a short box, but upon opening & unrolling I was very happy with the quality and the thickness of the pad.

I really like the softness and thickness of the pad. It makes a thinner area rug feel thick and cushioned. I am using it under my dining table. All good with this pad. Good value.

It does what it's supposed to do. However, I ordered 8x10 and it measures at 9.5x10, so having to trim it is annoying. Has good thickness.
