The team was very responsive when I had questions or concerns - they were always willing (and able)to respond quickly! They are also extremely detail oriented which is important for any project of this size & scope!! I love how this tool helps me with creating custom themes for my clients' websites - it's so easy! Sometimes you need help understanding some of their features but they're quick at responding if needed!! I like how clear they are about their process as well! They have great ideas for my designs but sometimes it's hard when you're not familiar with what is expected from your team/the client (ie - if we don't know exactly where or who needs an update that means no one does!). Their pricing can be tricky at first because of all those different tiers so make sure everything fits into place before signing anything up front!!
