Easy system and integration with other tools

I think what really impressed me was when we were given an opportunity for them to come in our office during lunch time so that everyone could see it working first hand! Very beneficial - you can't always trust reviews or recommendations from others but this gave us all reassurance of its effectiveness as well (and no-one even knew who made these changes!). The benefits/opportunities are still ongoing which has been great, however there have not being any significant improvements since then…

Pros
  • The interface is easy to use great for both internal and external communications
Cons
  • As far as I am aware the platform itself is good and hasn't changed since last year's trial although it seems that there is nothing new or updated since then?

The easy-to use interface makes it really simple for my team members who are not technical people but want an effective way of communicating internally as well externally in our organization. I like that we can easily add files or images which helps us keep track when responding online from anywhere using any device (mobile phone/tablet). It also allows me to send quick messages via WhatsApp without having to go through email first! Nothing so far - however this could be improved by adding more

  • Simple UI; no need special software other than basic browser.
  • Easy access with password protection option available where employees should check their own passwords once logged off at home.etc..easy security measures taken care already.
Cons
  • All fine
