I bought this shampoo because the Rusk Full (green) shampoo is no longer available. I really miss the full shampoo. This one isn't that good. Why did they stop releasing Full?

Excellent air conditioner arrived broken and fully boxed. There's no easy way to pick it up at the same time as a spare. I needed my conditioner now so I transferred it to another bottle, half used but that's it. Very disappointed, no easy solution. Next time buy on EBay.

My hair is thin and this gives them some ease of movement - they don't hang sluggishly and heavy as usual. I also use Thickr Mousse which is great and helps a lot. This shampoo has a good lather, cleans well gently without the feeling of squeaky washing. Thick products don't cause a rash or bother my sensitive scalp like some products do. I will be subscribing to Thickr Conditioner next month and saving because I love the whole line so much.

This shampoo is like water. It has absolutely no thickness. I have long hair and have to use a lot of it to get all my hair wet. Most importantly, my hair doesn't seem to feel or look thicker. I will not buy again.

What happened to thick shampoo! I ordered 2 bottles and it's like pouring water into the palm of your hand. I have to pour it right on my head! My last order was watery, but I chalked it up to below freezing and it sat on my porch all day, so I assumed it was frozen and became watery as it thawed. But no, it's nice outside, and this order came out watery. Where does Revan buy it? It must be fake!

It was sent in a bag but leaked a lot from the bag. This is the second shampoo bottle with a big leak. I really wish there was a way to ask what to do. Do you really want me to send you a dirty bag of shampoo? I asked all over the site.
