I took it out of the box and immediately realized it wasn't the best choice for me as it was too heavy for my strength level and the grip itself was too big for my hand, so i would find it difficult to use it. Sent it back unused and ordered a different brand. Sad because my new coffee maker is from the same company and I love them so I figured I would love the blender too.

I had a hand blender that I loved for many years but it eventually broke. I tried three faucets to replace it. I'm so fed up it's throwing flour at me and on the counter. I bought this blender hoping for a good result. I love it. The low speed is low enough that you can mix the dry ingredients without them hitting you. And then slowly increase the speed and you will have a lot of energy. Very heavy, fits perfectly, does not fall over. This is a wonderful blender. I'm so glad I found it.

This is a good blender and I like the way it stands, the beaters don't touch anything so they don't make a mess! It's really comfortable and modern. My only downside is that the buttons are positioned so I keep pressing them while recording/mixing. Maybe it's just the way I think it is, but that minus/slow down button (-) is always accidentally pressed, often surprising me with machine shutdowns etc. It's a bit awkward. Otherwise it's a great blender!

I like the power and the big bats and that's it! The power buttons are confusing and keep turning on and off. Their placement is where you naturally want to keep the mixer. Since these are buttons that are very sensitive, they are accidentally pressed when using the mixer. The power cord is on the side closer to the bottom of the blender so it feeds into the bowl while blending. Poor design and added weight make this blender undesirable. I was hesitant when I first received my blender. I confess I had to relearn where my hand rests on the handle. Having used the Russell and Hobbs blender for over a month I can honestly say I am amazed at its performance. Love the retro style of this blender. It's heavier and bigger than I expected, but if you want performance it usually means bigger/heavier. The rubberized handle fits comfortably in the hand. The silver on the front is actually metal, not painted plastic. It comes with a set of whisks, dough hooks and a whisk.
