Better than the original doorstop.

Great item. Much better than what was available on our JAYCO Jay Flight. The original is hard and cracked on one side. It's a flexible bumper so you won't break it if you bump into it. It should be in OEM warehouse.

Perfect Looks and Function Rubber Trailer/Van/Trailer Door Stop

Easy to install rubber RV/RV/Trailer Door Stop with perfect looks and features that can be replaced when worn, brittle and crumbling doorstops that no longer hold enough pressure to hold your door latch open, lest it rattle in the wind or when entering the unit.

Pros
  • Excellent Overall Performance
Cons
  • Really don't like it's ok

Better than Jayco hard factory doorstops

I broke one of the original doorstops on my 2020 Jayco trailer while walking past it and hit it with my hand. I thought that such hard door bumpers were bad design. Found them here and they were a lot softer than the originals. I bought two for a matching set for my two doors. They are much better than the ones that came with my caravan. Nice update for something you don't really think about

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Doors won't slam with this quick and easy to change bumper

Quick and easy to replace part that took a minute to replace. This simple and inexpensive replacement part will prevent your door from banging against the side of your RV. It arrived on time and came with a Phillips head screw which quickly replaced the old dry rotted original with a rusty screw. UPDATE: It's May 4th and the rubber is already rotted, cracked and about to break. I was expecting the rubber to last a lot longer how wrong I was. If you're looking for a short-term quick fix, this is

Pros
  • Decent performance

Better than what came on the van

Our old door bumper finally became brittle and cracked one day when the wind caught the door. This stopper is not as long as the original plastic stopper, but is long enough to do what was intended. Our old stopper was installed on the plastic doorknob itself, I installed the new one in the exact same spot. Since the cork is thicker at the base, she sat a little squinted, but not enough to really be noticeable. A rubber bumper works better than a plastic bumper in the sense that it allows for…
