Ok but the size doesn't fit me

I usually wear a size 5.5 but I ordered them and they are too small. I sent them back and ordered a size 6. Size 6 is too big. They are too long and I feel like I'm wearing clown shoes. That being said, I love the Ryka Indigos and use them to run or walk about 2 miles most days of the week. I just wish they were a size that fits me. I think next time I'll order a Ryka in a different style in size 5.5 and stretch it by freezing the water bag inside.

May need to size up slightly

Typically wears 9.5m in street shoes and 10m in trainers (New Balance and earlier Ryka models). Based on other reviews I ordered this Ryka shoe in size 10.5m and it fits well both in length and width; A size 10 would be too short, so my guess is "fits = slightly small" based on my "normal" athletic shoe size. Haven't worn them for more than a few hours but they seem very comfortable. I love the neutral gray.

Slightly narrower than previous Rykas I've had.

I don't usually buy shoes online just because I'm having trouble finding the right fit, but as I've bought Ryka shoes in the past and really liked them I thought I could size up orient I have previously bought. I think the sizing is style specific or has changed since I last bought this brand (it's been at least a few years) so they were a bit tighter than expected and fitted differently than previous Rykas I've had. I have tried slightly thinner socks and now that they have broken in they are…

Small with sharp edges.

I usually wear 8.5M but I like to have a little more room in my sneakers so I often order 9M. This time I ordered 9.5M so 2 Sizes larger than my normal shoes, and they were still small. There were spots in the toe area that rubbed like sharp spots on the outside of my toes. They seemed soft, with no arched support. I liked the way they fit into my heels, but after wearing them for an hour while sitting at my desk, I noticed that they were chafing on the inside of my ankles as well. So you will…

Perfect for running

I bought this model 2-3 times a few years ago when it was hot and I really like it. It has enough room for my high instep as well as the arch support needed to overpronate. I wore a different brand for several months and when I started wearing them again the swelling and pain in my feet and ankles went away in a day. the materials of the upper or sole of the shoe are worn. I wish they would have brought this style back as well. I'm pretty sure this pair I bought are at least a few years old in…

Perfect running shoes for road running

I bought them a year and a half ago and I still wear them almost every day, combining long walks (2-3 miles) and training at home. I was wary of some reviews saying they are falling apart but that's not my experience at all. A suspiciously good deal for the price. I ended up at 9.5 watts and don't usually carry far, but that's because I was recently diagnosed with something called metatarsalgia, which is the nerves between the bones in the foot that get compressed over time from overuse (or in…

Pros: comfort; Cons: Durability

Pros: No time breaks. Conveniently out of the box. The width was as expected (wide enough for a C/D foot because I bought a wide one). Enough room to add a softer insole for my special feet. I bet a regular insole will fit regular feet. The insole is smooth and holds up well. Cons: I've only had a few months and these things are falling apart. The outsole has small sections that separate from the base section. The plastic "lattice" on the outside breaks and comes off. These shoes were…

Shoes I like but don't last long

I've been buying Nike tennis shoes for years but was in the store and decided to try them on because I was looking for a dark gray color. These shoes are the most comfortable tennis shoes I have ever worn! They run small as I usually wear a 7 1/2 but I need an 8 here. As the store I went to wasn't my size I checked out Revain and I'm sure they were cheaper than $10 here ! But I don't care what size I need because they are fabulously perfect! Ryka only makes women's shoes. From now on, I'll be…
