Great Solution For Any Organization

The support team is very helpful, always responding even at odd hours of day or night. They are also constantly adding new features so that they can keep up with our ever changing needs as we grow! I dislike how there isn't an integration for Salesforce Chatter (which was purchased by Socialcast recently). It would be great if it could pull from one place instead of having separate dashboards which gets confusing sometimes when you need information quickly about multiple accounts/projects…
