I bought this player "used like new" from Revain Warehouse Deals at a very attractive price. Upon delivery, the box was missing some of the packaging, but the player had no visible cosmetic defects and worked perfectly. I was so pleased that three weeks later I also bought a "used - very good" one from Revain Warehouse Deals. This one was new, never opened and priced around $11. less than the first. After 5 months of minimal use this player WILL NOT play Blu-ray discs from time to time. The drives I had for years suddenly became incompatible. The new discs do not work. It's only Blu Ray. Long story short, I find that there are regular required firmware updates. Hours of live chat, broken links and misunderstandings from Samsung reps later, and apparently my now 7 month old 5 star BluRay player needs to be sent in for servicing to play around with. NO WAY.
