It arrived on time and was very easy to install. But the sound quality is not as good as I had hoped. Overall value for money was minimal.

Pairs with a Samsung TV and is great for TV sound. But it doesn't pair with the Alexa speaker array and doesn't have jacks to connect to. If you're only using it for TV, this one trick pony will get the job done just fine.

Although refurbished, the item arrived in perfect condition. I had to adjust the timing very little and the bass got brighter by default. I wish there were more specific options for tweaking the sound, but the sound modes provided do the job well.

I was initially skeptical about purchasing a refurbished item as I thought it would have at least one dent, scratch or dent. This soundbar looked brand new right out of the box and the sound quality was superb. About $130 cheaper than new, I will have no problem buying a refurbished item again!

Sounds great, no problems in operation. The bluetooth connection to my smart tv allows 1 cable less and the tv remote control changes the volume on the soundbar. It arrived in some sort of original packaging that looked. The only thing I don't like is that the HDMI port is a little tight. Your cable should rotate 90°. But if your BT TV handles any input from your games or Fire Stick (also BT), you don't need HDMI.

Amazing sound. When I switch to the TV speakers, they sound like a tin can. And that TV is a 65-inch Samsung QLED, so it's good quality. No flat-screen TV can compete with a soundbar, and no soundbar alone can compete with a soundbar and subwoofer. It just adds depth. Experiment with sound settings. until you get what you like. I received my device and it was like new. I unpacked and checked the firmware update and it was original so I tried to update from 1000.5 to the latest 1001.8 and the USB port didn't read the stick. I've tried another flash drive and still no luck. I really wanted it to run at peak performance, so I called Samsung and contacted tech support right away.
