since working from home has become the norm now, I realized my home office chair isn't as comfortable as it is good looking. instead of buying a new chair, I opted for this. it's not too intrusive, simply slips of the back and provides the right amount of back support, and since it's a mesh material it provides the right amount of ventilation.

I have a medium tall length torso, so I'm too tall for most chairs. This leaves a gap between my middle back and the actual chair back if I cannot tilt the chair back forward enough. My current chair is limited in forward tilt, so I needed this to fill the gap.Does a great job at suspended support without cutting off circulation, and I don't even notice it's there. I sit in a gaming chair many hours while working from home. I kept taking a shirt and folding it up and placing it behind my back! This mesh lumbar support is simply amazing! Item would not stay in place on several chairs I tried it on. It kept sliding down and burrowing in the back of the seat. Did not try in auto seat which is what this item is primarily made for so my use of the device may not be indicative of how well it will work in a car seat.

This was a terrible purchase and I couldn't return it quickly enough. It collapsed the minute we learned back on it. I'm a normal sized adult, but even had my smaller son try it and it was absolutely useless. Was so disappointed, because loved the idea of the breathable mesh since my office is always hot. Oh well.

This did not work for me. As previous reviewers have mentioned, it has tiny bumps that stab into your spine. However, my husband has a little more cushion on his back and it works great for him. I do not recommend this if your spine kind of sticks out, but it works fine for others!

Office chairs are not designed for smaller body frames. Hence the need to build in some support for my lower back. This back support product has done the job. I can now lean back on my chair and feel back support. I maintain better posture. The pain has reduced enough to notice. Materials are good quality, feels soft but firm on the back. I guess they designed this with an average-sized cis man in mind but if you're 5'2" or shorter then the curve hits too high and is rather painful on my spine. Delivers support and needed relief as advertised. But, if your using for an extended amount of time, especially while your driving, be careful. The frame of the device can cause tears in your car seat.

Have not even had this 6 months and is only used PT when I'm working from home. It's already coming apart at the seams and fraying. Does not stay put on chair and constantly sliding down then having to readjust. When it stays in place it's not so bad but definitely not built for long term use.

I thought this would be a little soft and comfortable on my back. It is sturdy and firm. I think it is okay will not complain.
