Strong middle peasant, can be used to store and transfer medium-sized files. The average reading and writing speed on the phone is 50.00 MB/s, on the computer other indicators. From 15MB/s to 100MB/s is the average. To connect to the phone without problems, you can not format it in ntfs, there may be problems with determining the flash drive. Optimal fat32. Special flash drive sharpened for mobile devices.

    Pros
    • USB c connector, can be directly connected to the phone
    Cons
    • Flimsy construction

There are disadvantages, but the product is usable.

All flash drives in the world are , none have worked for more than a year, neither expensive nor cheap, I consider this product disposable, so I buy only cheap ones now. There is not a single flash drive faster than 25 Mb / s for writing in nature. I tested more than 150 different ones in the workshop. As for me, many microSDs are now much more durable and better, and the speed is better, I bought a good card reader and I don’t know grief.

Normal quality, you can use it.

After using the first flash drive, I immediately placed an order for an identical one. The thing that irritates me the most about it is that it can only be inserted with the USB-C side by making a significant amount of effort and then clicking. As a direct consequence of this, I'm hesitant to utilize it in my MacBook.

Good product, I recommend that you try it.

Using the speed that was declared, the first gigabyte was written. After that, the speed slows down to 20 megabits per second. It becomes really hot pretty quickly. It is not going to produce 100 GB archives at incredible speeds, so keep that in mind, but it is impossible to find a flash drive that is more essential for new MacBooks than this one.

Low quality, I will not buy this anymore.

First, the speed is 80 megabytes / s during the first five to ten seconds of the recording. After that, the speed lowers, and it does not go back up to more than 20 mb / s until the very end of the video. Sadly.

I wasn't thrilled with the product, but it can be used.

According to the results of tests (two programs created by different developers) and real-world usage, the maximum write speed is (!) 19 MB/s, whereas the maximum read speed is (!) 130 MB/s. I have no idea how things will turn out. Tested on a USB 3.0 connection (external HDD writes between 60 and 90 MB/s). The read speed is reduced while using USB 2.0, whereas the write speed is unaffected. I have no idea how something like this could be possible.

Good value for money, I recommend.

While there is no better solution on the market for this money, if you do not need to drive large amounts of data often, then it will do.

USB-C end will not fit without major case modification

I was trying to connect the USB-C end of this drive to one of my iMac's Lightning ports. It stuck out a few millimeters. I tried to force it on, but the resistance I received signaled to me that something was wrong with the drive, not the outlet on my computer. Just to be sure, I tried my Macbook Pro. All four Thunderbolt 3 ports had the same ridiculous resistance. And mind you, I've used ports for other USB-C devices without such resistance in the past. So I sent the disc back and asked Revain

Smaller than expected, works well with my Chromebook

I recently bought an Asus Flip Chromebook that only comes with two USB-C ports. The rest of my word is USB A. USB Type-C might be the wave of the future, but it's still a long way from the beach. I bought the 128GB model as mine has 64GB. I was surprised when I got it at how small it is. I guess these aren't the sliders I've been used to in the past. Technology has come a long way. Plugged it in and everything seems to be working. Approximately 115 MB of memory is available and no security…

True USB 3 speed. Compatible with ports C and A.

Although some have complained about the speed, I'm quite impressed with this drive. It really shines where old USB 2 drives completely fail. That is, when copying/moving many small files. It easily copies many hundreds of tiny files to the old USB stick I have in seconds instead of twenty minutes. Why is it running so much faster? I honestly do not know. But it offers a read speed of 150MB per second for single large files. Write speed is a decent 20MB per second supported all the time. (It…

    • Absolutely amazing!
    Cons
    • Not sure

I love the idea of having USB-C and USB-A in one flash drive, but here's what this product really is: It's very, very painfully slow. When reading, 150 Mb/s is achieved, but only for a large file, and even then the speed can drop after the first 5 seconds. Sometimes it falls, sometimes not. The writing speed does not exceed 35-40 MB / s for a large file. However, if you have a lot of small files in the copy folder, the speed literally drops to KB/s! For example, 48 KB/sec. the speed of a modem…

Terrible writing performance - don't buy if you work with large files.

I usually love SanDisk products - I record everything on Sandisk SD cards. However, this flash drive is incredibly one-sided. If there are already files on it, it reads them at high speed (150 MB/s). If you're copying files to a 3.1-enabled device, it's fine in that regard. However, flash drives are not just for storing read-only files. Half the point is to write files on it so they can be moved somewhere else, and in that regard this product falls short. When I first received this drive, I did

Nothing has changed, still wickedly slow

This is for the 256GB model ordered 02/2019, although I doubt much will change for other capacities. As others have said and I've mostly ignored it because I generally trust SanDisk and I've had good luck with my products from them (and once I've had to ship an SD card back), this drive is goddamn slow. I don't know if what one poster said it's actually a repackaged microSD is true, and I don't feel like doing a $50 USB stick operation to find out, but something That's not true. I've tried on…
