Great introductory course for any novice user of sales force

I like that the class is interactive and the instructor is always available to answer student questions. I wish there was more time dedicated to the class. I feel like the class is too short to really get a good grasp on the subject matter. I definitely recommend this class to anyone who is interested in learning more about Salesforce. Good Learning Platform For New Software

I liked that it was easy for me to learn how to use this software without having any prior experience with Salesforce or Customer Service Management systems. The course format made learning easier than other courses where you had to read through multiple pages before getting into what we were supposed to be doing at each step. It would have been nice if there could have been more hands on practice time so i can really get my feet wet instead of just watching videos online and reading about…
