I am not very happy with this vacuum cleaner. Diligently vacuums things off hard surfaces, works perfectly on the carpet. And the hose tends to fall out of the hole frequently and has now stretched to the point where most of it is hanging low in the way. It seems a little louder and when I turn I hear the wheels turning badly. If it was a home product I wouldn't care but I use it in a lot of different buildings. I can't recommend it at all. It worked fine for 3 months, but now it's not annoying at all. We've done some troubleshooting work, but it looks like this device is. Reading other reviews it seems that this is not an isolated case. It's a real shame when you're paying $300 for a vacuum that's listed as 'commercial' you should have a reasonable expectation that it will last and perform well. Unfortunately not. However, Revane was great on his return, so we'll find something else.
