Works great on old concrete, fair on premixed grout (white waste). I was able to fix 100 feet of cracks and bumps in the floor in no time. Not as effective against softer materials like white thin film, but that's to be expected. Be sure to use a dust cover, my small project produced several pounds of very unpleasant dust. Excellent value for money and quality!

I sanded about 150 square meters with it. Feet of my concrete porch showing uneven and damaged concrete before I sand it down. This CD made it easy. Remember to wear a mask and goggles as you will create a lot of dust and things will be flying all over the place. Part of the bit is that after all that grinding I still have about 90% of the hard drive life left!

I have a concrete slab on my sidewalk that has sagged on one side and is severely lifted (3/4 to 1 inch) on the other side. This way you can fix the problem quickly. I managed to level the concrete so there was no tripping hazard. The grinding glass is still in excellent condition. There are a few raised areas in my basement from old support beams that I might work on next time.

I ordered these two packs to remove a thin set from a concrete base after removing 20 year old tile totaling about 500 square feet. I used an inexpensive angle grinder and these discs to remove the thin set left over from the impact drill/4 chisel I used to take the tile and remove the heaviest bits of the fine set. I have never used this type of disc. they worked great before, i wore out one of the discs but the other was only needed for the last 100 SF or so, it has plenty to use. They worked

It's fine and done, you need it for a small job and won't need it for a small job or two. Otherwise, it will not last long and will be much more expensive than a quality product. It comes with a gasket which was useless to me. There are many angle grinders that require different washers. It would be nice to provide multiple options for shimming along the wheel. Since only one washer is included, you'll need to find something that fits your tool and this wheel if you can, which is disappointing.
