It's time for an upgrade, my old shoes looked layered and only had 2 velcro straps, they have 2 velcro straps and 1 ratchet buckle. The ratcheting mechanism makes it easy to adjust the fit and stays in place throughout your ride. This is a good solid shoe with excellent traction, the SPD cleats (not included) were easy to install and adjust. I really liked these cycling shoes, they were very similar to the photos! I've been driving them for a few weeks and have no complaints.

I love the look of them and they fit well but after using them for about 30 rides the pads on my feet start to burn after about 12 miles. don't fix the problem. Now look for another pair of shoes. Maybe I just need to spend more money?

Good shoes. Not as expensive as premium brands but very good quality. Been using it on the trails for a while and can't complain.

So far these shoes are exactly as described. Fits well, boa type system works well. The colors are good. Only one ride so can't comment on durability but I will. Satisfied and recommended.
